“ Good bar/Italian restaurant on a beach by the side of the River Rhine in Mannheim. Friendly and helpful staff. Loads of outdoor seating overlooking the River. ”
“ Firstly, the location of hotel is at perfectly on bank of Rhine river so view while enjoying food is amazing. You can see cargo boats travelling over river to and fro. Food was Italian and better to order size of pizza as per requirement for less wastage. ”
“ Prepare to wait a bit for the food, but the wait is made easier by the amazing location right next to the Rhine on the Strandbad. Try to get there during Golden Hour to catch a sunset from the deck. The food was very enjoyable too! ”
“ Beautiful restaurant next to the water. We came for breakfast and portions are pretty large, especially the scrambled eggs. There's a large outdoor terrace that would be a great place to sit when weather is good. Area is very peaceful with playground and large meadow for picnics & grilling. Will definitely go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outdoor terrace. ”
“ The location is of course superb. Right by the river, in a beautiful building a couple of meters off the ground. As for the food, I think they do a lot of things right, just the wow factor is missing to me. Also I had a Avocado-cream-cheese bread for brunch that was mostly salami which I found very odd. Salami was meant to be an ingredient, but the name clearly suggested a different meal. It was tasty though. When we went back for a late lunch we had some beautiful pasta dishes. I had the truffelpasta. It was pretty good, but I found it off putting, that my pasta dish was significantly less volume than my girlfriends. It should be noted in the menu if that's how they do it. Service is a tough one, as when we were there they were understaffed, which I assume is not the norm. So it was a little slow. All personnel was very nice, however. And overall, we are talking about a very nice restaurant. ”
